Basic Cupcake Recipe (cake mix)

Ingredients
1 pkg Duncan Hines Yellow or White Cake Mix 1/2 c. Light Sour Cream1 c. Lowfat Buttermilk1/3 c. Canola Oil3 whole eggs
Directions
Mix cake mix and all ingredients in mixer bowl. Mix on medium until well combined. Using a 1 oz cookie scoop drop scoopfuls into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until done in middle.
