Yellow cake mix (1 box)1 Cup plain yogurt1/4 cup nonhydrogenated shortening1/4 cup nonhydrogenated margarine1 cup powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract2 TB barley malt powder
Combine cake mix and yogurt. Bake according to directions on box. Allow cake to cool.
Beat together the shortening and margarine with a handheld beater or stand mixer. Add the powdered sugar and beat until completely light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and malt powder and beat for another 2 minutes.
Fill cake with fluff. Top with whipped cream or powder sugar if needed.
