Ingredients
2 egg whites1/2 c spinach shredded2 baby carrots chopped1 t cayenne 1 t garlicSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook egg whites in a skillet, season to taste, meanwhile sauté the spinach, carrots, cayenne, and garlic. When done fold the sautéed ingredients in the egg whites and enjoy. Top with fresh tomatoes of desired (not calculated in calorie count).
