Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
1 lb powdered sugar5 Tbsp salted butter1/3 cup bourbon12oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine butter and bourbon in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Slowly add sugar, a little bit at a time, and continue mixing until combined. Knead and roll into balls. Freeze until firm.

Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or in a double-boiler. Remove from heat. Use a fork or toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper to cool (refrigerate or freeze to harden the chocolate more quickly).

**Note** These are really sweet! So, you only need a couple - at most! For a small group, make 1/2 the recipe.
