2 T. Olive Oil2.5 lbs. stew beef, cubed1.5 C. chopped onions (1 large)3 lbs. fresh green beans (bite size pieces)28 oz. can crushed tomato6 oz. can tomato paste1/4 cup Pomegranate Molasses6 C. water1/8 tsp. chili powdersaltpepper
Saute meat and onions in oil. Add beans and spices, mix well. Add tomato and water, cook on medium til beans are tender (about 20 minutes).
Serve with rice.
