Chicken and beans

Ingredients
1chicken breast, skinless boneless2cups snap green beans3tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 large clove garlic1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Cut chicken into small 1" medallions. Snap beans, quick steam in microwave (put in dish with splash of water and cover, microwave 2 minutes) Chop walnuts and garlic, add to nonstick pan w/ 2 tblspn oil, heat on high. When chopped garlic begins to turn golden, add green beans. Mix constantly. When garlic turns dark golden brown, add splash of balsamic vinegar. Mix constantly until beans thoroughly coated. Plate contents of pan. With remainder of oil, add last tblspn oil, pan sear chicken medallions. Microplane aged manchego cheese to taste.
