Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 large potatoes 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 pinch paprika
Directions
Peel and cube the potatoes. Bring the potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
