Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
¼ c sugar 1 pkg yeast1 t salt ¼ c oil¾ c milk 1 egg¼ c water 3-3 ½ c flour
Directions
Mix milk, sugar and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves (about 105º-110º) Add yeast to milk mixture. Stir in egg, oil and then flour all at once. Mix and then let rise for 1 hour. Shape into rolls; brush with melted butter and let double. Bake at 450º until brown. Dough can be refrigerated or frozen.
