Ingredients
1 Can of Green Giant Selects Sweet Corn & Diced Peppers1 Can of Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles1 Lb. Jennie-O 99% fat free Ground TurkeySalsa if you like1 package of Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas Multi Grain Low in Carbs
Directions
Brown meat in frying pan. Then throw all ingredients (Can of mexican corn, can of diced green chiles, salsa if you like) in slow cooker until warm, or until you want dinner. You can cook it all in one pot as well. Table I dice up onions, tomatoes etc. Lite cheese or none.
