Chipotle Garlic Red Quinoa Cakes

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Inca Red Organic Quinoa (1/4 cup dry), 1 cup(remove)Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large(remove)*Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix, as prepared, 1/16 pkg, 1 serving(remove)Frontera Chipotle Garlic Taco Skillet Sauce, 4 tbsp(remove)
Directions
Boil 2 cups water for every 1 cup quinoa. Add quinoa and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside for 15 minutes. Add other ingredients and form into patties. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375F.
