Jenny's Chicken W/White Wine Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oilFour chicken breast2 tablespoons of butter1/2 cup of white wine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti8 tablespoons of parmesan Cheese
Directions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in pan and pan fry the chicken breast. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to pan. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and simmer for three minutes. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water and let simmer. Return the chicken breast to the pan in the sauce. Serve over 1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
