Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .065 cup (remove)Water, tap, 2 fl oz (remove)Flour Tortillas, 5 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) (remove)
Directions
Add beef to pan with water and brown, chop onions and peppers, add to pan once beef is browned. Add all spices and lemon juice. Warm tortillas as directed on package. place equal amounts each of hamburger mix, sour cream, and cheese to tortillas. Fresh salsa is optional.
