3 - 15 oz can of sweet potato puree3/4 cup brown sugar1 beaten egg1 tspn vanilla4 tblspn melted unsalted butter1/4 tsp salt1/2 tspn cinnamon1 - 10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows
Heat oven to 350 deg.Butter the dish
Mix Sweet Potato Puree, Brown Sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg, melted butter & vanilla.
Pour half of mixture in baking dish
Layer half of marshmallows
Pour remainder of mixture over the marshmallows
Heat for 30 minutes
Top with remainder of marshmallows
Heat for 10 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Serving Size: makes approx 10 1/2 cup servings
