Cranberry-Pineapple Upside-down Cake

Glaze:1/4 c sugar1 t cinnamonCake:1/2 box of moist-style yellow cake mix (about 1 1/2 cups)1.5 t baking soda1/2 c club soda1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
Preheat over to 350. Use a stick of butter the grease a 9-inch cake pan. Make sure the pan is well-greased otherwise it might stick when you go to flip the finished cake!
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Put in bottom of greased cake pan and spread it around evenly. Arrange pineapple slices on the sugar and place cranberries in the holes and empty places - the more the merrier - but keep them on one even layer.
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, baking powder, club soda and apple sauce. Mix well.
Pour batter over pineapples. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until house smells amazing and toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 15-20 until still just a bit warm. Place serving dish over cake pan and carefully flip.
