Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
I usually dice all the vegetables real small.
Directions
Sautee all vegetables except zucchini, then add the stock and sauce. Add zucchini now. Separately cook the tortellini, then add that in.

Serving Size: I figured a one cup serving, guessing 25 makes a 5 quart pot
