Chicken Lubia Polo

Ingredients
2 onions, thinly sliced1 lb ground chicken2 c. snapped green beans1 tsp tumeric1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes2 c. basmati ricesalt to taste
Directions
1. Saute onions in oil until browned.
2. Add ground chicken and cook until color changes.
3. Add tumeric and salt to taste
4. Add green beans and tomatoes. Simmer until beans are tender.
5. Stir in cooked rice.
