Roma TomatoesButter (Don't use margarine, use butter!)Green OnionCurry PowderThai ChiliesGarlic
Directions
Sautee green onions, garlic and chilies in butter, ad any meat you desire, and then add curry podwer with some water.

Let the vegetables and curry powder simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes and add the tomatoes at the very end (you want them to retain their firmness.)
