Banana bread with greek yogurt

Ingredients
3 eggs16 ounces plain greek yogurt1/4 cup butter1/2 cup applesauce2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 1/2 cups white sugar1 1/2 cups brown sugar2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon sea salt3 teaspoons baking soda2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.

Cream together the eggs, yogurt, butter, applesauce, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except for the walnuts. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, taking care to not overmix. Fold in the walnuts.

Fill a greased muffin pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
