Mary's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cupMilk, 1%, 2 cupTuna - Premium Albacore, Canned in Water, 3 cups (6 small cans)Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)***Corn Starch - 4 TbspSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare noodles per package instructions; drain.
Heat milk in a separate sauce pan. Dissolve Corn Starch in 1/2 cup of water; once dissolved, add to warm milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine noodles, tuna, milk mixture, and the frozen peas. Mix until combined. Pour all into a 13"x9" glass Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
