Directions
Add Turkey bones to put and cover with water and spices and one onion cut in wedges. after turkey bones are free of meat, drain, keep stock, add removed cut up turkey. Add 1 C, chopped onion, celery and carrots, add 1 C cooked rice and cook till done. 1 C per serving.
