Low Carb Double Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter8 oz cream cheese4 large eggs1/4 tsp stevia3/4 Just Like Brown Sugar1/2 cup coconut flour1/4 tsp salt/salt substitute1/2 tsp baking powder1/3 cup cocoa powder2/3 cup cream1 oz unsweetened Baker's chocolate (chopped) 1 TBS Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan.

Cream butter and cream cheese. Then add eggs, one at a time. Next stevia extract.

Blend JLBS, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa with fork.

Heat cream and add chopped unsweetened chocolate.

Blend dry ingredients into butter mixture. Last add cream/chocolate mixture. Blend well

Pour into pan. Let brownie batter rest about five minutes.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
