Kurt's Meatballs

Ingredients
*Extra Lean Ground Pork, 32 oz (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)*Carrot, raw 7" x 1-1/4 (78g), 1 serving (remove)*whole onion, raw (1 onion), .5 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup (remove)*pork gravy mix, 3 cup (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients except gravy mix together. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, etc as desired. Form into meatballs and place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray or crockpot. Prepare gravy mix as directed and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 until done.
