Turkey Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Meatloaf:1 Large Egg - beaten1 T Skim Milk1 tsp Dijon Mustard1 T Worcestershire Sauce1/3 c panko breadcrumbs1 T Tomato Paste1 Medium Onion chopped 1 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp Black Pepper20 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground TurkeyFor Sauce:1/4 c Hunt's Ketchup1 T Brown Sugar1 tsp Tomato Paste
Mix everything together for meatloaf, coat a small loaf pan with FF spray. Put 1c water in slow cooker, set loaf pan in water bath. Cover - set on low and cook 6-8 hours.
One hour before eating, mix together sauce ingredients in a small dish.
Carefully remove loaf pan from slow cooker, drain off fat, pour sauce over meatloaf and return to slow cooker, replace lid and cook for final hour.
Cook slightly before serving.
Serving Size: 8 slices - 2 slices per person
