Chicken Stir-fry in Light Alfredo Sauce

1 cup fresh broccoli florets. chopped1/4 cup raw carrots, cut into 2"sticks1/2 cup julienne sweet peppers, red and yellow1/4 cupgreen onions, chopped1/8 cupportabello mushrooms, chopped1/8 cup water chestnuts, canned, chopped1 TBSP minced garlicMeat from 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin & cut into 2" pieces1jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce2 oz. uncooked fettuccine
stir fry chicken pieces in 1 TBSP Olive Oil until cooked well then add vegetables, cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring often, until vegetables are tender crisp.
Add 1 jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
into another pot of boiling water, add fettuccine and cook as directed, or about 10 minutes.
Drain fettuccine, place on plate & top with sauce mixture.
