1- Flour WHITE!(3 tbspns)2- Vegetables (carrots, broccoli, celery) - chopped 100 grams.3- Skimmed milk ( 1 cup/ 8 oz)4- Onions (chopped - 1 or 2)5- Mozzarella cheese (low fat) (0.5 cups / 4 oz)6- Salt and pepper to taste
chop the onions and put them with the vegetables in a cooking tray, add water to the vegetables until the pan is half full, cover and let the vegetables steam. in another pan mix the flour, mozzarella cheese, and skimmed milk with salt and pepper to taste. mix on low heat until forms a thick liquid. after the vegetables are steamed, add the think liquid (bashamel) on top and add a few tbsps of mozzarella on top to give color. put the pan in the oven for 10 mins and there you go yummy
