Shanghai Pumpkin Salad

Ingredients
6 Mini Shanghai Bok 200 gr Fresh Pumpkin (not cooked)1 C Cherry Tomatoes 3 Large Celery stalks4 Radishes1/4 C Fresh Dill100 gr Plain Fat Free Yogurt2 tbsp Cider Vinegar1 tsp cuminSalt-pepper to taste
Directions
Chopped the mini Shanghai (not too small). Add the remaining of the veggies (chopped to taste - I like the pumpkin - radishes - celery to be very thin... the cherry tomatoes in 1/2).

Add the dill to the yogurt. Add to the salad. Add the vinegar, cumin and salt-pepper.

Enjoy!
