Crockpot Elk Water Stew

Ingredients
1 lb elk roast3 med red potatoes10 baby carrots1 parsnip1 can beef broth - low sodium5-6 cups water1/2 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic
Directions
Cube elk meat and add to crock pot. Cut up all ingredients and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours.
