3 Green Bell Peppers.1 lb Ground Turkey1/2 Cup Onions2- 8oz Tomato Sauce1 C. cooked brown rice1/2 pack Taco Seasoning1 Med. Tomato1 C. Low Fat Mozzarella or Cheddar CheeseSalt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder to taste.
Brown Turkey and Onion. Add tomatoes & tomato sauce. Add cooked rice. Slice off top of Green Peppers, clear out seeds pulp in center, par-boil aprox. 5 minutes. Fill Peppers with meat mixture sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
