Honey Wheat Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour1/3 cup toasted wheat germ2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1-1/4 cups milk1/4 cup honey2 large eggs, lightly beaten3 tablespoons vegetable oil1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled, halved and grated (Saving juice also)
Directions
~Mix all wet ingredients except the apple, in a medium bowl. Whisk until mixed well.
~Mic dry ingredients in large bowl. Whisk until mixed well.
~Pour wet into dry and stir until fully incorporated. Fold in apple (and juice).
~Warm skillet and cook pancakes until done.
*Makes six 2 pancake servings.
