Turkey and Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup chopped asparagus (or other veggie)1/2 cup chopped onion2 oz chopped turkey breast1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese1/2 cup cheddar1 1/2 cup non-fat milk3/4 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick3 eggs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray 10-inch pie plate with non-stick spray. Mix veggies, turkey and cheese and cover bottom of dish. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving. Tastes best when served warm, not hot.
