*Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1.5 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)White Rice, long grain, 250 grams (remove)
Brown the onions and garlic, then add the chicken having cut into cubes size of your choice. Add mushroom and after two mins add the wine. Stir in the soup (still in condensed state) and mustard. Add stock to desired sauce thickness.
Cook in hot oven for 30 mins while you soak then cook the rice.
