Cranberry Banana fruit butter

Ingredients

1 pkg Cranberries (3 cups)1 cup Cranberry Juice*1-1 1/2 cups Sugar **3 Ripe Bananas sliced1 Tbsp lemon juice
1. In a pan bring cranberries, juice and 1 cup sugar to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Blend cooked cranberries and bananas with 1 tbsp lemon juice until smooth.
3. Return to pot, cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add additional sugar to taste if desired.
4. Place mixture in canning jars or airtight container. Will keep 3 months refrigerated.
Serving Size: Serving 1 TBSP makes 56 servings (3 1/2 cups)
