PB&J Protein Bars

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:2 scoops About Time Whey Protein (birthday cake or vanilla)5 tbsp PB22 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground)1 tbsp Psyllium Husks (whole) (Yerba Prima)2 tbsp Stevia in the Raw (baking)1 tsp Hain Featherweight Baking Powder1/8 tsp Sea SaltWet Ingredients:1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond, Coconut, or Flax Milk1/3 cup 100% Liquid EggWhites1/2 cup Unsweetened apple sauce1 tsp Liquid Stevia (vanilla flavor)1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 tsp Almond Extract 3 tbsp Smuckers Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam (warm in microwave for about 15 sec to liquify)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray an 8 x 8 square pan or an 8 loaf pan (extra mini loaf pan) (shown) with non-stick spray

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
Mix all wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk to combine.

Pour batter into prepared 8x8 pan or pour equal amounts (about 1/4 cup) into each section of mini loaf pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes!

Remove from oven and let cool.

If using an 8x8 pan, slice into 8 equal size bars!
