Cranberry (Nut) Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 c. granulated sugar2 eggs, beaten1 tbsp. grated orange zest2 tbsp. hot water6 tbsp. orange juice2 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped2 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Combine eggs, butter,water, orange juice, lemon juice and orange zest. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Fold in cranberries (and nuts). Pour into pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Refrigerate!!!
