Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
2/3 C lemon juice (about 2 lemons)Lemon zest 1 lemon's worth1 cup of grapeseed oil1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
Directions
mix the juice, zest, garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly add the oil and then add the sour cream whisking until everything is well blended and smooth.

Allow to chill for several hours, it improves the longer it sits
