Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake with Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients
Cake:1 cup granulated sugar2 cups all-purpose flour4 tbsp baking cocoa1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda1 cup warm water1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup Miracle Whip, lightFrosting:1/4 cup Crisco shortening1/2 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup skim milk3 cups confectioner's sugar
Directions
For the cake, mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in water and vanilla. Fold in Miracle Whip. Pour batter into 9x13 inch greased baking pan (glass works best) and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until fork stuck in center of cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

For frosting, combine Crisco, salt, vanilla and 1 cup of the sugar in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Add milk and 2 cups of sugar alternately, beating after each addition until smooth. Add more sugar if too runny, more milk if too thick. Spread evenly over cake.
