1 cup red quinoa1 cup flour2T sugar4 tsp baking powder2 eggs1 cup milk.5 tsp vanilla extract.5 tsp cinnamondash of salt
Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.
Put dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients except for the quinoa. When mixed add the quinoa and let sit for about an hour. Then cook on a hot, greased griddle or pan.
