Ingredients
-Low Sodium Black Beans 15oz can-Low Sodium Pinto Beans 15oz can -No Salt crushed tomatos 14.5oz can-Chile powder-Pepper(to taste)-Salt(to taste)-1 medium onion-4 cloves garlic
Directions
Saute Onions and garlic in olive oil, add all other ingredients put over medium heat and simmer for 15-20min
