1 1/2 cup skim milk1 can pure pumpkin 15 oz1/2 box sugar free fat free instant pudding butterscotchallspice and cinnaman seasonings to taste.at least a tablespoon of each.Add sugar twin brown sugar to taste.
Add milk, pumpkin to pan and stir - this is a very thick soup - add pudding and stir.
Add remaining ingrediants to your own taste.
Heat and stir until warm.
I made this after having dental surgury and could not have solid food. It really hit the spot!
Makes 2 nice size servings = to 3 weight watcher points. Enjoy!

Just wanted 2 share that i made this & it was fantastic. It was easy 2 make & didnt take that much time 2 do, even with 3 kids running about. I will definitly make it again, Very yummy... Also i liked it as a dessert soup, warmed up, then add your fave ff/topping. Very filling & very yummy. - 11/15/10
