Pineapple Angel Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 14 fl.oz can - Dole Pineapple Crushed in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added1 box - No Name Angel Food Cake Mix
Directions
In big bowl combine cake mix with can of crushed, liquid and all. When mixed it will look foamy.

Either spray a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners. Add heaping tablespoon of mixture to each muffin container, just under filling.

Bake at 325F for about 20-25 minutes. Edges will brown and top will crack (should be slightly brown). Check with toothpick.

Remove from muffin tin to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 48 cupcakes
