1 serving dark red kidney beans 4 tbsp fat free mayonnaise 2 tbsp fat free sour cream1/3 cup celery, diced 2 tbsp onions, chopped
Rinse and drain the kidney beans.
Mix sour cream and mayo until smooth.
Mix kidney beans, celery, onions and dressing.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

The ingredients call for 1 SERVING of kidney beans. I assume the nutritional breakdown is based on that (so that each serving includes 1/4 of a serving of beans--2 tablespoons?). While the recipe sounds good, it probably calls for a can of beans, so my guess is that the nutritional info is wrong. - 5/31/08
