Cashew Chile Stir Fry Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup salted Cashews1 T honey1 t cayenne pepper2 T Canola Oil - separated1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, raw, diced1 large red bell pepper, diced1 jalapeno pepper, sliced thin (with or without seeds, per your tolerance for spicy)1 yellow onion, diced2 T Hoisin sauce
Directions
Heat Wok pan and add 1 T of the canola oil, add cashews just until they are slightly browned and toasted. Remove them to a bowl and add the honey and cayenne, stir and set aside.
Heat Wok and add the other T of oil, then add chicken, cooking until done, remove from pan and add the red and jalapeno peppers, and the onion, stir fry about 3 miutes, then add the chicken and it's juices back into the wok, along with the cashew mixture, then add the hoisin and stir until mixed together and heated through. Pour into a serving dish.
