Beef Tips with Noodles

Ingredients
3 lb (?) Lean Beef Roast Broth from roast6 T (?) Brown gravy mix 2 -16 oz pkgs frozen noodlessliced mushrooms, if desired
Directions
I ususally cook my roast in the crock pot for 4-8 hours then cut into bite-sized pieces, trimming all fat. I finish on the stove top in a large kettle. Use broth and water from roast after skimming fat. I also add the water from my potatoes that I boil while cutting up roast. Mix gravy with cold water before adding to avoid lumps. Add frozen noodles to boiling broth/water mixture and simmer until tender. If using quick-cooking noodles, you can thicken (by adding gravy mix) before adding noodles. If not, I usually add gravy mixture when noodles are almost done.
