Pulled Pork Slow Cooker

Ingredients

Directions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Cut excess fat off roast. Place in slow cooker. Put in chicken broth and chopped onion. Cook for 8 hours. Shred pork with two forks and return to slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey and mustard. Simmer in slow cooker for another hour.
