Ingredients:Garlic powder, 0.25 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.13 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 0.50 cup (remove)Western Family Diced Tomatoes w Lime and Cilantro, 1 cup (remove)Montreal Steak Seasoning, Grill Mates, 0.25 tsp (remove)1 Tablespoon Fiber SmartBeef Petite Sirloin Steak, 8 oz
Cut Steak into 1 in pieces. Mix whole wheat flour, garlic powder, Psyllium husks, Montreal Steak Seasoning together. Coat each piece of steak in flour mixture, fry in 1 T Olive Oil until lightly cooked. Put into baking dish along with any remaining flour mixture, add tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. Cook for 3 hours at 300 F. Tender and delicious!
