One can of each black, pinto and red kidney bean. One can of Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano. Or Hunt's diced tomato with diced jalapeno if you want a little more kick. One onion and a few bell peppers. I usually dice super finely 1 of each color (red, green, yellow).
Dice all ingredients and add everything to the slow cooker. In the slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4.
