low sodium bread rolls

Ingredients
1 cup water2 tblsp unstalted butter1 egg1 tablsp sugar3 cups bread flour (i prefer kind arthur)1 tblsp yeast (i use 2.5 teaspoons, but recipe calls for tblsp)
Directions
place ingriedents in bread machine in that order not letting the yeast touch the wet portion... put on dough setting.
when done put on floured surface punch down and break into 9 balls placing them on greased baking sheet for a half hour to rise again. then bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned to desire. place in bag after cooled for snadwich buns and stuff :)
