Diet EggNog

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
Egg Substitute, 3/4 Cup Light Soy Milk, 2 cups Sugar blend (such as Splenda) 2TNo sugar added Vanilla ice cream, 1 cupRum (I use spiced rum) 2 oz ( or the amount you want)
Directions
Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender. blend until well mixed, add ice cream and rum. Blend and serve. Keep refigerated ( i put it in the freezer).
