2 c. cooked lentils1/2 c. chopped pecans1 egg, lightly beaten1 c. skim evaporated milk1/2 c. canola oil1 1/2 c. crushed Special K cereal1/4 tsp. sage1/2 c. chopped onion1 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients well, adding salt to taste. Bake in an 11x7 baking dish for 45-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut down center lenthwise and 3x widthwise to make 8 servings.
