Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter, smooth3 eggs1 Tablespoon vinegar1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon saltsweetener (optional, not used in calorie count)
Directions
Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into a sprayed loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Serving Size: Makes 1 384 gram loaf, cut into 12 32 gram slices
